We are headed to Iowa City tomorrow for the Hawkeye/Sparty football game so Luke gets his two Michigan Aunties to come play with him for the day! We're all pretty excited! Katie and Andra will be here tonight late and Lukey will get to wake up to them in the morning. I will not get my hopes up that Luke will be dressed in black and gold tomorrow...I'm assuming he'll be in head to toe MSU gear, but that's okay. He has to learn early on about being a good sport even when your team loses. :-)
Mike and I are leaving for the game around 5 am - which unfortunately, won't seem THAT early to us since it's pretty darn close to Luke's wake up time most days. We hope to be in Iowa City by 8:30 so we can have a little fun with my sissy before the game! I'm so excited to see her...it's been way too long. I wish we had more time, but I'm sure we'll take advantage of what we do have.
Here's a picture from yesterday. Luke and Callan are using Callan's stroller with the extra seat attachment now that the weather has gotten cold. The umbrella double-stroller just wasn't cutting it with the wind and cold. So now the boys get all bundled up before going on their walks. They look so cozy!
He seems to love going on brisk walks when it's cold outside...he almost always falls asleep.
