High Fives and Other Tricks

Luke is learning a new trick...Huge always tries to get him to give him a high five but of course Luke looks at him like he's crazy!  I think Adelia has been working on it with him because he is starting to figure it out.  Mike got him to do it and I caught it on camera.  He looks hesitant about it and like maybe it was just coincidence, but he kept doing it so I think it's real.  :-)

Some other things Luke has been doing that I keep forgetting to mention in my posts...

He wrings his hands now when he's hungry.  He used to rub his feet together (which he still does), but now his hand wringing is just nuts!

He also does this thing when I rock him to sleep where he rubs the back of his hand on my shirt because it's soft.  He still has to have his lovie to hold in his other hand.  It will forever be the favorite part of my day when I rock him before bed.

He also loves to wrestle and "get you".  Mike will play a game with him on the floor where he'll say "I'm gonna get you!" and instead of turning the away and being scared like a normal kid, Luke screams and lunges toward Mike and tries to get HIM!  It is so funny - I've yet to get it on camera but it's on my list...it cracks us up every time.

Callan has been on vacation for the last couple of days but Luke is looking forward to seeing his little buddy tomorrow. Callan started crawling last week and I hear he's also starting to pull himself up. I think Adelia is going to have her hands full with these two for the foreseeable future!
